Consent to personal data processing
A separate document, as the law requires: what happens to your data when you sign in with email or message the manager.
Who gives consent, and to whom
Consent is given by a visitor to www.rycrentals.ru who signs in with email, asks a question or sends a request to the manager. You give it freely, of your own will and in your own interest, in line with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ on Personal Data.

What data
- Your email address.
- Subscription settings (country, dates, boat type, cabins) and favourite boats.
- The text of questions and requests to the manager, the chosen boat and dates, the page language.
- Where you came to the site from and which page you started on.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and request time, in hosting and database logs.
Why
- Signing in with a code from an email.
- Subscriptions, favourites, notifications and emails about new offers.
- Answering questions and requests, checking availability, choosing and booking a boat.
- Understanding which links and posts bring visitors.
- Site security: protection against abuse and break-ins.
What is done with it
Collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, updating and changing, retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion and destruction, with and without automated means.
Who receives it, including abroad
- RYC managers — receive your questions and requests in a work chat so they can reply.
You agree to cross-border transfer of data to these countries, including the USA, which is not on Russia’s list of countries with adequate protection of data subjects’ rights.
Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica are not covered here: they run only with separate consent in the cookie card.
How long, and how to withdraw
- Consent lasts until you delete your account or withdraw it. Requests to the manager are kept for 3 years.
- To withdraw consent, write to nikolai.shilin.ryc@gmail.com. We delete the data within 30 days unless the law requires keeping it longer. Withdrawing doesn’t undo what happened before.
- Without consent you can’t sign in or message the manager, but you can still browse the offers.

By pressing “Get a code” on the sign-in page or “Send” in the question form, you confirm that you have read this document and the privacy policy and consent to the processing of your personal data on these terms.
