How to pay for a charter

30–70%

at the base
deposit by a card issued outside Russia
1

How payment works

In two parts: a 30–70% prepayment when you book (the exact share depends on the charter) and the balance a month before departure. Last-minute bookings are paid in full straight away.

2

Payment methods

Boat prices are in euros. From Russia, you pay in roubles at the Central Bank of Russia rate for the day of payment, +6%, by bank transfer with a contract or in cash at our Moscow office. Paying from other countries is arranged case by case: ask the manager.

3

Deposit and deposit insurance

The security deposit is taken on site at check-in, on a credit card issued outside Russia, and released once the boat is returned without damage or claims (sometimes this takes 1–2 weeks). Not every charter company accepts a cash deposit or offers deposit insurance: check with the manager.

4

Cancellation and date changes

The terms depend on the charter company and on how long before departure you cancel. The manager will send you the cancellation terms for your boat before you pay.

What's included in the boat price?

Just the boat, for a week. Usually paid separately: transit log and final cleaning, fuel, marina fees, the security deposit (or deposit insurance), a skipper, cook and hostess if you need them, and extras (SUP board, on-board Wi-Fi, coffee machine, child safety netting).

Price as listed in the source, no markup. Obligatory charges at the base are paid separately.
